We are pleased to announce that our Chief Financial and Risk Officer (CFRO), Vanessa Hart, has been reappointed for another four years. Vanessa has been with Invest International since its inception in 2021 and has played a vital role in shaping the organization. Her dedication and commitment to our mission have been unwavering, and we are delighted that she will continue to guide our financial and risk strategies for the years to come.
“It has been a privilege to be part of Invest International from the start, and I look forward to continuing to build a financially resilient organization that creates meaningful financial solutions for internationally active Dutch businesses.”

Additionally, we are excited to welcome two new members to our Supervisory Board (RvC): Hellen van Dongen and Jacqueline Pieters. Their appointments now complete the board, which consists of five members. Hellen van Dongen will fulfil this position, alongside her role as member of the Board of the SVB. Jacqueline Pieters has a portfolio of Supervisory Board positions in the financial services and food & agri domain. We are very happy to have both new members on our Supervisory Board, adding further depth to the diverse expertise in our leadership team.

“I’m very happy to join the board to further strengthen this beautiful organisation, international entrepreneurship and sustainable development worldwide. I bring extensive executive experience in foreign economic relations as well as general public administration experience and cannot wait to start working with you all!” – Hellen van Dongen, RvC Member, Invest International
“I am honoured to help this great organisation with my knowledge and skills in the field of banking, global Food & Agribusiness, innovation and governance. My very first job in banking was as a trade and export finance specialist for North Africa and Latin America. As a result, the work of Invest International is very close to my heart.” – Jacqueline Pieters, RvC Member, Invest International
These developments mark an exciting step forward for Invest International, as we continue to pursue our mission of bridging funding gaps and supporting sustainable global growth.
