Who is the TMC program for?
The program is intended for ambitious Dutch medtech start-ups that:
- Have a working solution and want to scale up internationally
- Are actively exploring the US as a suitable next step
- Are seeking answers to strategic questions such as: What healthcare problem are we solving in the US?, Who pays?, and Which market entry path suits us?
- It will be a mix of companies in different stages with the majority needing to be post-revenue with institutional shareholder(s)
12 Dutch medtech start-ups can participate
Participation takes place in a select Dutch cohort of up to 12 companies.
You go through the program together with other Dutch start-ups and benefit from knowledge sharing and collective visibility.
The program is part of the collaboration between TMC and the Dutch Life Sciences & Health ecosystem and is organized by Invest International, Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), NBSO Texas, Health Holland, Task Force Health Care, and ROM Nederland.

Registration for this program is now closed. The final selection with representatives from TMC will take place during HLTH Europe in Amsterdam from June 17-19 2026.
The program starts in October 2026 and consists of three separate periods in Houston:
- October 1-8 2026
- November 9-13 2026
- March 1-5 2027
Full availability for these periods by one of the founding team members of selected companies is essential.
Participation fees & expenses
The TMC Netherlands BioBridge program participation fee will (largely) be paid by Invest International. Participants are expected to cover their own expenses for travel, accommodation and out of pocket.
