We fill a financing gap
We were founded by the Dutch government and Dutch development bank FMO in 2021 to support Dutch and Dutch-linked companies that want to do business in foreign markets. When traditional financing routes fail, we can provide finance solutions such as investment loans, export finance, project development and equity.
Corporate governance
We are a public-private financial institution owned by the Dutch Ministry of Finance and the Dutch development bank FMO. We adhere to the principles and best practices of the Dutch Corporate Governance code.
