How enterprises can scale

SMEs are the backbone of the Dutch economy but often they can’t secure all the financing they need to grow outside of the Netherlands. We bridge the gap between what the business needs and how much other financiers can offer. We are experts in export and investment finance for SMEs and mid-corporates and can also provide equity for innovative companies with a proven track record.

Investment for SMEs and mid-corporates

We offer tailor-made financing to help established companies invest outside the Netherlands. We can also support with guarantees and loans to import from long-term suppliers.

Export finance

Export transactions enable SMEs and mid-corporates to grow internationally, but they’re often cut off from traditional financing channels. That’s why, in addition to our export solutions for bigger tickets, we offer a unique export finance facility for small tickets – transactions conducted between €100,000 and €5 million.

We partner with fund manager OHV and export credit insurer Atradius Dutch State Business to close the gap in the market for smaller export financing and strengthen the competitive position of Dutch SMEs.

Our finance solutions

Foreign investment

Loans or guarantees to expand the business abroad. For example to set up or expand a processing facility for local or export markets. Or to import goods from a long-term supplier abroad when a business needs to bridge the gap between purchasing goods and their delivery.

Export finance

Finance for exporting Dutch capital goods or services abroad, especially to emerging markets and developing countries, through loans including working capital.

Finance for working capital

Finance for working capital combined with an investment loan. For companies that contribute to one or more of the sustainable development goals, capital solutions can be structured.

Equity

We can co-invest with other parties in equity solutions for the business to support international expansion plans, for example.

Feasibility funding

Feasibility financing to reduce financial risk for established companies that are undertaking a new activity. We help SMEs and mid-corporates mitigate development risk for new products with a proven technology, or when they are entering a new market, for example.
