Nedspice, een Nederlandse particuliere marktleider in de inkoop, verwerking en distributie van specerijen, kruiden en gedehydrateerde groenten, tilt zijn activiteiten naar een hoger niveau met een termijnlening van 9 miljoen euro van Invest International in het kader van het Dutch Good Growth Fund (DGGF). Deze financiering ondersteunt het investeringsprogramma van Nedspice om de productiefaciliteiten in India en Vietnam, twee van 's werelds belangrijkste specerijenproducerende landen, uit te breiden en te moderniseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nedspice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Nederlandse Nedspice koopt, reinigt, steriliseert, maalt, verpakt en distribueert losse specerijen, kruiden en gedehydrateerde groenten aan meer dan 400 klanten in 60 landen. Het assortiment bestaat uit basisproducten zoals kurkuma, peper, komijn, koriander en chili, ingredi\u00ebnten die hun weg vinden naar keukens en voedingsindustrie\u00ebn in Europa, Azi\u00eb, Afrika en Noord-Amerika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het bedrijf exploiteert verwerkingsfaciliteiten in India en Vietnam, ondersteund door verkoopkantoren en distributiemagazijnen in Nederland, de Verenigde Staten, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Zuid-Afrika en China. De investeringen versterken de productiecapaciteit van Nedspice en verbeteren de effici\u00ebntie in belangrijke groeimarkten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verantwoord geproduceerde specerijen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koen Hamers, Head SME and Midcorps bij Invest International: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNedspice is een sterk voorbeeld van een Nederlands bedrijf dat wereldwijde impact cre\u00ebert door middel van duurzame praktijken. De investering zal naar verwachting een grote impact hebben op SDG's 2 (Geen honger), 8 (Waardig werk en economische groei), 12 (Verantwoorde consumptie en productie) en 13 (Klimaatactie).
