De situatie is complex en verandert voortdurend, maar Nederlandse bedrijven dragen - met steun van de Nederlandse overheid - actief bij aan de wederopbouw van het land. Invest International speelt een rol bij de financiering van export en investeringen in sectoren als landbouw, energie, gezondheidszorg en infrastructuur.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steun voor Oekra\u00efne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nederland biedt Oekra\u00efne een uitgebreid steunpakket van in totaal 17,6 miljard euro, waarvan 6 miljard euro bestemd is voor niet-militaire hulp. Dit omvat humanitaire hulp, wederopbouw, medische benodigdheden en goederen. Via Invest International hebben Nederlandse bedrijven toegang tot financieringsinstrumenten zoals investeringsleningen, exportfinanciering en bankgaranties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terwijl commerci\u00eble banken en financiers vaak niet in staat zijn om de hoge risico's van opereren in een oorlogsgebied te dragen, maakt samenwerking met Invest International - vaak samen met Atradius Dutch State Business (DSB) - dit wel mogelijk. Atradius DSB biedt kredietverzekeringen om transactierisico's te beperken, waardoor Nederlandse bedrijven hun activiteiten in Oekra\u00efne kunnen voortzetten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Invest International ondersteunt Nederlandse bedrijven die actief zijn in Oekra\u00efne. Door de continu\u00efteit van bedrijven te waarborgen, dragen we bij aan de lokale economie en stimuleren we de wederopbouw - zelfs in oorlogstijd\", leggen Jasper Klapwijk (Sector Lead Health) en Miriam Valstar (Investment Manager) uit. \"Dit doen we via programma's die we uitvoeren namens het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, zoals het Dutch Good Growth Fund (DGGF). Het vereist vastberadenheid, een robuust financieel kader en samenwerking tussen talloze initiatieven voor de wederopbouw van Oekra\u00efne. Invest International werkt nauw samen met de Wereldbank, de Europese Investeringsbank (EIB), de Europese Unie, ambassades, ministeries en de Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) om infrastructuurprojecten te financieren en uit te voeren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Het blijft een uitdaging, vooral als het gaat om ESG-normen (Environmental, Social en Governance)\", zegt Klapwijk. \"We moeten rekening houden met veiligheidseisen voor werknemers, zoals de beschikbaarheid van schuilkelders, ook al kunnen we de omstandigheden ter plaatse niet altijd zelf controleren. Toch kunnen we dankzij ons partnernetwerk berekende risico's nemen en een echte impact hebben.\"&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ons doel is om te helpen bij de wederopbouw van een duurzaam, digitaal en toekomstbestendig gezondheidszorgsysteem in Oekra\u00efne.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voorbeelden van bedrijven<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invest International heeft momenteel meer dan \u20ac 50 miljoen aan uitstaande financiering in Oekra\u00efne. Dit omvat:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oekra\u00efne: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een melkvee- en veeteeltbedrijf ten zuidwesten van Kiev. Dankzij een lening kan het bedrijf zijn activiteiten uitbreiden en de lokale voedselzekerheid vergroten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bontrup:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nederlands familiebedrijf dat actief is in de regio Sumy vlakbij de Russische grens. Bontrup verbouwt ma\u00efs, tarwe, koolzaad en zonnebloemen en heeft ongeveer 400 mensen in dienst. Ondanks recente raketaanvallen op hun land gaan ze door met hun activiteiten - ze ondersteunen het moreel, het herstel van de infrastructuur en duurzame landbouw.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kovalska Groep:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een van de grootste producenten van bouwmaterialen en projectontwikkelaars in Oekra\u00efne. In mei ondertekenden Jasper Klapwijk en onderminister van Volksgezondheid Edem Adamamov een memorandum van samenwerking om de wederopbouw van de gezondheidszorg te versnellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Ons doel is om te helpen bij de wederopbouw van een duurzaam, digitaal en toekomstbestendig gezondheidszorgsysteem in Oekra\u00efne\", zegt Klapwijk. \"We onderzoeken hoe Nederlandse technologie en expertise - van medische apparatuur tot duurzame verlichting, modulair bouwen en hernieuwbare energie - deze transformatie kunnen ondersteunen.
