De bundeling vergroot de slagkracht van publieke investeringen en internationale samenwerking, verbetert de toegang tot financiering voor ondernemers en versterkt de economische weerbaarheid van Nederland. De nieuwe organisatie wordt een strategische speler die innovatie en toekomstgerichte groei mogelijk maakt - met impact in binnen- \u00e9n buitenland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>E\u00e9n missie, meer kapitaal, meer impact<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nieuwe instelling bundelt publiek kapitaal, expertise en netwerken, en financiert waar de markt nog onvoldoende instapt. Dat is van cruciaal belang in een wereld van economische en geopolitieke onzekerheid. Beide  organisaties gaan vanaf 2026 waar mogelijk samenwerken. De volledige integratie is voorzien per 1 januari 2028, onder voorbehoud van parlementaire goedkeuring en Europese regelgeving.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor ondernemers betekent dit \u00e9\u00e9n brede en volwaardige nationale financieringsinstelling met meer financieringsmogelijkheden \u2013 van durfkapitaal tot langetermijnfinanciering, in alle fasen van groei in binnen- en buitenland. Tegelijkertijd blijft de nieuwe organisatie intensief samenwerken met Europa en andere overheden en ontwikkelingsbanken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nederland sluit aan bij Europese kopgroep<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met deze integratie geeft Nederland gehoor aan de brede oproep uit politiek, markt en maatschappij voor een sterke publieke investeerder, vergelijkbaar met nationale financieringsinstellingen in Duitsland, Frankrijk en Denemarken. De nieuwe nationale financieringsinstelling wordt een sleutelspeler in het versnellen van maatschappelijke transities \u2013 zoals de energietransitie, digitalisering en circulaire economie \u2013 en in het versterken van strategische autonomie, innovatiekracht en handelsrelaties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Slim publiek kapitaal, aangevuld met marktfinanciering<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot de formele integratie in 2028 blijven Invest-NL en Invest International zelfstandige organisaties. Om het succes van Invest International voort te zetten, trekt het kabinet in de tussentijd \u20ac250 miljoen uit latere Invest-NL budgetten voor Invest International uit: \u20ac150 miljoen in 2026 en \u20ac100 miljoen in 2027. Daarnaast wordt gewerkt aan toegang tot de kapitaalmarkt in combinatie met een overheidsgarantie. Op deze manier kan de organisatie zelfstandig groeien. Het kabinet onderzoekt ook welke financi\u00eble middelen Invest International en Invest-NL nodig hebben om in de toekomstige financieringsbehoefte te voorzien. In de tussentijd gaat onze dienstverlening aan ondernemers onverminderd door.
