Envipco is een in Nederland gevestigde holding en producent en leverancier van recyclingsystemen voor drankverpakkingen en diverse emballageautomaten. De faciliteit zal worden gebruikt voor het werkkapitaal van de lokale productiefaciliteit in Sebes, Roemeni\u00eb, van waaruit het Envipco-team wil voldoen aan de groeiende vraag naar emballageautomaten in Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investinternational.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/envipco-financing-investinternational-recycle.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financiering van Envipco<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De financiering van Envipco is een zeer impactvolle investering omdat de geproduceerde emballageautomaten een essenti\u00eble rol spelen in het mogelijk maken van de circulaire economie. Ze bieden een innovatieve en gemakkelijke manier voor consumenten om lege PET-, blikjes en glazen drankverpakkingen in te leveren. Naast het produceren van deze machines, speelt Envipco ook een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van overheden in verschillende landen bij het opzetten van wetgeving voor statiegeldsystemen.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investinternational.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/signing-envipco.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption><p>Tijdens de ondertekening van de financi\u00eble transactie op het hoofdkantoor van Invest International. Het bedrijf is al tientallen jaren actief in de VS. Na de toenemende EU-wetgeving om recyclingprogramma's in de hele EU te stimuleren, wil het bedrijf nu zijn activiteiten in Europa uitbreiden. Ze hebben onlangs een lokale productiefaciliteit opgezet in Sebes, Roemeni\u00eb, van waaruit Envipco wil voldoen aan de groeiende vraag naar emballageautomaten in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>De leenfaciliteit van Invest International, via het Dutch Trade and Innovation Fund (DTIF) dat we namens het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken beheren, zal naar verwachting worden gebruikt voor de behoefte aan werkkapitaal van de Roemeense productie.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investinternational.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/envipco-financing-investinternational-plasticbottles.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sona Krijger-Dolbakyan, Investment Manager MKB &amp; Midcorp Team:<\/strong> \"We zijn erg blij dat we de uitbreiding van Envipco kunnen ondersteunen en zo een kleine rol kunnen spelen in het versnellen van de transitie naar een circulaire economie. Het bedrijf draagt positief bij aan de impactprioriteiten van Invest International: ongeveer 200 fatsoenlijke banen in Roemeni\u00eb en 25 fatsoenlijke banen in NL zullen worden ondersteund (SDG 8). Envipco neemt ook klimaatactie (SDG13) door doelen te hebben gesteld om de eigen CO2-voetafdruk te verminderen.\"<\/p>\n<p>\"Het draagt bij aan het verminderen van vervuiling en vermijdt emissies buiten de waardeketen en draagt daarom een Groen Label. De producten van Envipco en het project in het algemeen dragen ook in grote mate bij aan SDG12, dat zich tot doel stelt om tegen 2030 de afvalproductie aanzienlijk te verminderen door middel van preventie, vermindering, recycling en hergebruik. Nog een impactvol voorbeeld van de unieke rol van Invest International als Nederlandse impactinvesteerder die zijn fondsen inzet voor internationale projecten die bijdragen aan de Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's).\"<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Simon Bolton, Group CEO Envipco:<\/strong> \"We zijn verheugd over de samenwerking met InvestInternational en waarderen de ondersteuning en het proces dat we hebben gevolgd.
