Meet the 2026 BioBridge participants

The following 12 companies have been selected to participate in the first TMC Netherlands BioBridge cohort:

Starting in October 2026, the selected companies will work closely with hospitals, clinicians, mentors and investors in Houston to test, refine and strengthen their US market strategies. The program includes several intensive sessions at Texas Medical Center, providing participants with direct exposure to one of the world’s most advanced healthcare ecosystems.

For Dutch medtech innovators

The TMC Netherlands BioBridge program connects promising Dutch medtech innovators with the Texas Medical Center (TMC) in Houston, the world’s largest medical complex. Through direct access to leading hospitals, clinicians, researchers, investors and healthcare decision-makers, participating companies will gain valuable insights and hands-on support to prepare for successful market entry and growth in the United States.

Participants benefit from tailored mentoring, access to TMC’s innovation ecosystem, opportunities for clinical validation, and guidance on navigating the complexities of the US healthcare market, including regulatory pathways, reimbursement and investor readiness.

Dutch innovation x US Healthcare

The BioBridge program was created to help Dutch medtech companies overcome barriers to international growth and to build meaningful connections with potential customers, partners and investors in the United States. Participants will receive one-on-one mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs and gain access to TMC’s Innovation Factory and Global Innovators Launch Pad, which focus on clinical adoption, market access, company building and fundraising.

By bringing together a carefully selected group of innovative companies, the program also creates opportunities for peer learning and collaboration within the Dutch life sciences and health ecosystem.

A collaborative initiative

The TMC Netherlands BioBridge program is the result of a collaboration between Texas Medical Center, Invest International, Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), Health~Holland, Task Force Health Care (TFHC), ROM-Nederland, NBSO Texas and regional partners. Together, these organizations aim to strengthen international opportunities for Dutch health innovators and support their ambitions in the US market.
